Face is the basis, including pheno. To put it another way, you will rarely ever see someone with your exact face, but you will obviously see people with the same height. It's your identifier 99% of the time, and most of attraction.
Everything else, is either a cutoff, or a multiplier, to a varying degree. And these cutoffs really vary depending on looks level. They get more lenient the better someone looks.
Height being the biggest example of this. Say you see a girl that is extremely attractive facially but has the body of a roided boybuilder but with a pussy (and muh dommy mommy muscle freaks, dont announce your fetish here), you'll probably lose the attraction you had to her. But if she had the perfect tits and ass while still being thin, you'd be 10x more attracted to her. But obviously the muscle freak is an extreme case: if she was just kinda flat, but extremely attractive, I'd still want to fuck her.
It's the same thing with everything else, even a lot of things people call cope here. A multiplier when you're already attractive, and it won't matter if she's extremely subhuman in other ways. Sorry to say if you're subhuman nothing will make you attractive, but if you're at the HTN range, you're just looking to create more multipliers.
