You can fraud maybe 1" with shoes and then an inch or so with lifts. Beyond that, you can never go barefoot with any foids, friends or family without being obvious and pathetic, ESPECIALLY if you start doing it post 21 y/o with anyone who sees you regularly
I'm 185cm. I tried a few different lifts in different shoes, after 1" it becomes so disgustingly obvious I could never bring myself to do it.
