You CANNOT control how old you look

You can't control how old you look because humans primary tell age by the overall shape/structure of your face, NOT skin quality. As you get older the entire facial structure changes, REGUARDLESS of your skin care routine.

Look at this rostie. She is 43 and despite all the skin care treatment in the world , she looks late 30s/early 40s.


Bryan Johnson does everything in his power to look younger, but looks roughly his age (48)

is your skin and everything else above the bone

think about it like this
you have a room that's dirty as fuck
after 2 months, it's even dirtier, but it looks cleaner because ALLL the trash is in the cupboard

the reason roasties don't escape agepill is because all the roasties around them also do the anti aging procedures, when everyone looks younger nobody looks younger
that's why anti aging works so well on men, no beer belly'd 35 yr old who has much bigger things to care about ,especially now how far he's let himself go, than his looks, will care to go onto an anti aging protocol
