You cannot have a bad eye area with high tier eyelashes and brows

If you have long, curled/positively tilted, thick, and dark color eyelashes and eyebrows, unless you are deformed, your eye area will never look objectively bad. You can get away with UEE, poor brow ridge, and even poor eye shape in some cases.
