There must be 0 correlation because most people I've ran into who I intuitively think are dumb based on their face, are usually geniuses. Plus some people that look like they have no thoughts are geniuses as well at least in my experience.

Many mental conditions/disorders also have physical characteristics. An easy one, for example is down syndrome. Down on average means lower iq and on average also means certain physical traits such as how the eyes look. Or for example fetal alcohol syndrome on average also causes lower iq and this can often be seen because the philtrum is not very visible. But even things like autism (which can mean either higher or lower iq based on the type) has on average different physical traits that can be detected in the face. Another easy one is race which is clearly visible from just the face and races have varying iq averages. So in conclusion you are a retard en yes iq and physical characteristics including in the face are often linked and detectable.

Actually you can expeculate someones IQ with their eyes. If their eyes have anything like strabismus. Because the eyes are the only visible part of the brain so it "reflects the brain"
