The guy eats rotten meat he calls “high meat”, has been hospitalized for doing so and is literally the type of bum people in the past would’ve excused as just another mental case rambling to himself on the sidewalk, but because we are now in the age of technology, he can reach a wide audience, some of whom are more susceptible to believing in bullshit than others.

If conventional athlete diet wisdom (count your calories, eat your steak, eggs, dairy, fruits/veggies and carbs while counting your calories, cut out processed mcdingdong slopburgers) didn’t work, and eating exclusively raw meat was the optimal way for health and performance, athletes all over the world would be doing it regularly.
