You can’t control anything in the physical realm- that’s just pure illusion
You can only direct pressure in a certain area of life- physical, financial, relationships etc...and use it as a way to find more and more about yourself
Pick the area(s) where your vices and pain points are. Make it a life mission to become more present
Then 'show up' in the arena where this part of life takes place- ie the gym (physical) , work at your business (Financial), interacting with women and people (relationships)
Show up day after day after day, and continue to look within yourself at what’s blocking you
Whatever ‘talent’ you may have in any given area that may dictate your ultimate results in comparison to others, is of secondary importance
It’s the journey that men crave. Most of you are on no journey
