In rural Louisiana land costs only five thousand dollars an acre,a used RV costs six thousand dollars.

Within a year of saving up you can easily go off grid and trump wants to end property tax too(because it's unconstitutional).

That's way worse. You don't really buy land, you are forced to pretty much become a servant for that rural place.

I want land to become as independent as possible and right now I'm looking at land in zones at like 30min car drive to the sea. I like living in the Mediterranean but coast life is too expensive as it's regulated to milk tourists, you already know all that. Salaries here are very bad.

If you live in the USA you could save enough to get some land easily. Maybe there's even programs that benefit you more than me...

I like this weather and style of life too much. I have been thinking about it for a while, but I guess I am not mentally there yet, but I feel like I'll do it eventually.
