I've been using lifts for 2 years now to go from 5'11 with shoes to 6'0 and thankfully I've never been caught or questioned. U need to be smart about it if u go above 3cm it will be obvious just gradually increase the amount of lifts overtime till u hit 3cm thats what i did

Bruh what are u talking about almost every normal shoe gives u between 2-3cm of height. I just add an extra 3cm on top with lifts so instead of the normal 2-3cm increase u get i get a 6cm increase
