I had some 1st year of college and it was aids. They let food rot in the house and it was so dirty all the time.

Depends on where. There’s cities I looked at where you can afford a 1 bedroom apartment making 50k a year. But unfortunately to make that kind of money, you need a degree or specialized trade or skill + a lot of experience. Median isn’t even 40k in most areas which is laughable.Impossible
My one friend has a family
Other friend is a drug addict
Other friends already moved to bigger cities

50k can be turned into a million dollars potentially. it's more sensible to live with parents and reach a million dollar firstDepends on where. I mean yeah if you live at home. But who wants to be 23 or older still living at home in the same bedroom that they were in while attending middle school. I’d want to be moved out by the time im 25 even if it’s struggle for a little while. And After bills, taxes, etc. 50k is pretty much barely a living salary. Maybe you can still save like $500 a month. But you’ll struggle to even afford a new Honda Civic.50k can be turned into a million dollars potentially. it's more sensible to live with parents and reach a million dollar first
there's no rational reason to move out. all the pros of living independently can be achieved by locking your door and buying your own food.I mean yeah if you live at home.
