Lazy fatasses say this who are too big of pussies to do cardio. Seriously I don't understand how this is such a popular sentiment. If you do 2 hours of exercise a day at a fucking super low intensity you're burning atleast an extra 1000 calories a day, shit you can walk for 2 hours and burn that. That's an extremely significant amount, if you have a shitty diet and start walking for 2 hours a day chances are you can keep your same exact diet and you will be in a deficit. And if you are doing high intensity exercises or walking at an 8% incline you're going to burn upwards of 2000 calories from a 2 hour workout. I'm sorry but unless you are eating pure fast food you are not going to eat 4000 calories a day casually. Especially if you have a lean diet, you're going to eat 40 cups of Greek yogurt a day? I fucking doubt it. Instead of stressing over calorie counting and starving it's so fucking easy to just sneak in an hr or two of cardio a day. I don't know where this bullshit sentiment came from, probably fatasses with a high heart rate
