This is how I know none of you go outside. Yes to be model tier you need to be low bf. But to be fairly good looking irl you don’t. How many of the high school and college slayers you know irl are that low bf? Almost every chad I know And every guy I know with a gf is 18% at least. If you’re not good looking at sub 20% bf, going to 12% alone will increase you by .5/10 at most. I am now 21% bf. I look basically the same as I did at 12% bf
