Yes you can. Aura is distinction. Mainly associated with distinct looks, whether it be clothes, manners, behavior, face, style etc. And or a combination of all.
How powerful it becomes is dependent on how popular it and you becomes. Controversy, fame, wealth and success etc.
Anything else im not sure. Most people who identify a "powerful aura" are likely talking about above. Since, most people cannot comprehend or are worthy of any true divinity, it mainly remains unidentified. We can only conclude when people speak about "aura" its something very explainable and perceivable, not complicated and related to metaphysics. Occam's razor. Thus, if we list and group the features, traits, and circumstances people who the world claims have "powerful auras", we get a clear picture on what exactly contributed to that perception of "powerful aura".
Not necessarily hard at all considering people do not have complex desires and interests. When a bunch of people swoon over a guy, the reason is likely very simple and achievable to figure out. Now, if you are able to replicate the same method is a different world of complexity.
