It is bad for you, I tried it for some time and it was like the worst time of my life, literally. Trying to fake a personality is very bad for you, i wanted to rope everyday but couldn't even tell why.

yes if your nd you will never be nt but that doesn’t mean you can’t act nt or atleast try to you will always stay nd but you can make others think of you as nt
