My friend/neighbour died of blood cancer a few days ago

Ive had a friend die of the same type of cancer back 1st year of "college" (in brazil we dont have college we go straight to uni but out uni courses are longer)

My mom had terminal cancer, and surprisingly, she still is really attached to the materialistic, egoic world.
I find honestly that she doesnt use that experience to see the world for what it really is, and didnt discover spirituality after a near death situation

i would just do everything i ever wanted then
