I'm tired of mfs saying they regret the past cuz they think they could have been an entire SD taller

should be water by now but almost NOTHING you do lifestyle wise will make any difference

Firstly, scientists can literally recreate a human skeleton purely from reading the genetic code, if lifestyle impacted height alot they would not be able to do that

Secondly people act as if height is this magical thing because of the halo effect on how important it is, it's literally just the length of your tibias+femurs+torso height+neck height+top of skull height

imagine someone thinking their finger could've been several millimeters longer if they went to bed on time and ate raw liver from birth, proposing that lifestyle has an effect on height is way more comical, the long bones on your body and spine and skull are COMPLETELY genetic

Thirdly, don't let pure step by step logic convince you, but look at the data, even during the most extreme WW2 famines, in every single country the average height kept increasing by the exact same amount every year, and identical twins who are seperated and raised in different houses with completely different lifestyles always end up the exact same height

yes height is everything, no you shouldn't feel bad because you 10 years ago didn't eat raw liver, yes you are just a genetic deadend(or a genetic winner)

I think if I had slept Early throughout my childhood and Early teens I would have been at least 1 inche taller then rn but that doesn't matter anyway

btw pharmacology or whatever is different for obvious reasons but that's still more limited than people think, usually only if you are actually deficient in a hormone like GH and you start injecting it it makes a huge difference

purely from reading the genetic code
hahaha

genetic code

so delusional

can you show me this code?

absolutely not

you may be able to show me association studies

or an animation

but they are exactly that

studies & animations

in reality

animal foods

such as bison or fish or meat

can absolutely make you taller during development

it barely does.
Its still more than 90% genetics.

you can't rly put a %age on appearance like that

someone with average facial genetics at 18 after mouthbreathing 24/7 from birth probably would be about bottom10% facially rn

or high ltn vs strong subhuman

If you watch documentaries you see a lot of malnourished third worlders who literally haven't eaten a full meal in their entire life end up with tall ramus, ideal maxilla, compact orbital Chad skulls, ideal hairlines, tight blemish free skin, great teeth, etc.

Height is a little different maybe but it's not that much different, not enough to shave off multiple inches. At most you're losing a few cm and that's not even guaranteed.

You can't escape your genetics. Maybe you can improve them a bit during a specific window if you try REALLY hard but it's very difficult to harm your skeletal outcomes with any lifestyle factors. At the end of the day it's all cope to give themselves a sense of control. Maybe if I did this maybe if I did that, it's a lot easier to blame yourself or someone else than to accept you were fucked no matter what.

Also I think if many people really scrutinized it, they would see that their flaws are indeed genetic. They will see their parents or their grandparents or even their entire race has the same traits and flaws that they do. A lot of it is just laziness. They are too lazy to really look at and process the world around them and derive their own conclusions from the data they are presented with.

tbh i made this post because I can empathize with the mental struggle of regret and thinking things could've been different

these people need to realize it isn't their fault at all, and even if it was "their fault" their life path was predetermined because freewill doesn't exist, you recreate an identical simulation of the world 1 trillion times and Hitler kills loads of jews EVERY TIME

Time in itself isn't a real thing, it's just we only exist in 3D, reality is that the future has already happened and someone in 4D can already see it
