Keep in mind If ur maxilla is completely recessed u still have to do it lol. But Most of us here arent THAT recessed and could improve with a simple genio. IDFK why everyone throws the word “bimax” around like its nothing ..

Yes, but it doesn't affect the lower lip. It's bite related, and I wish it did that way, I wouldn't need to get bimax, even though my bite is nearly perfect.

Cant u just combine it with a bone graft to fix lower lip issues?

this is totally my case i just a little more chin projection that is what makes me recessed

You can also get MSE if you have decent forward growth but want a bit more, before Genio. Also helps with function.
