i see alot of LM creators talking about how they had a bad base and it was just them bonesless and bloated with a htn eye area which is my point if you have a elite eye area but everything else is bad then you didnt have a bad base you were blessed with one of the least changeable thing getting a bimax with full face implants is way easier and way less risky then getting a orbital decompression or a orbital box osteotomy
