0.8lb per bodyweight is the best, anything over that is overkill and pointless

eat wtv goyslop you want, and just have some whey protein powder at the end of the day or do it at the beginning so u get ur protein

Even 0.8 per lb. of body weight is a tremendous amount of protein. You basically have almost no room for carbs or fat calories.

for muscle it’s not necessary but for health it is, people whos diets are mostly protein have better aging and so many other things, carbs should be minimal
