Sugar in itself does not damage you. But it feeds candida and parasites. Fix that problem and u can eat sugar. Im ripped with a shit diet. But i did a candida/parasite cleanse.

my opinion is that u should cleanse anyways, before asking, as you will understand what i mean, when u started cleansing
