for example, how old you are, your goals, are you earning money, if not are you able to create a regular income that in a few years will help you get at least some of your surgeries

but the honest truth is most people just lack the natural willpower to stay focused for that extended of a period of time

if you have good discipline and can create another income yourself along with a job, you can easily save up enough in a few years for good surgeries, maybe not all but you could easily get significant ones
