I don't know, I'm quite new to this. I don't like the idea of manual stretches because you can't quantify the pressure or tension on the penis. I've been doing hanging with a bit of air pumping, I took a little break when my pelvic floor was hypertonic for a moment, then just started doing it again. But just be aware that 7" is not a dickmogger size. That's my size, and it's really not that great. You need to be above 7.5" to have a genuinely large penis, IMO.
