Presumably anything infinitely complex is infinitely hard to understand, therefore not possible to understand.

Edit: or at least to understand it in finite time you'd need to complete a supertask which runs in to some problems. Many would prefer to say supertasks are just metaphysically impossible , so that might make God impossible in that sense if he could do such a thing.
