Guys stop with all the nonsense about bloating etc. Do a quick research on Ray Peat diet and you'll see salt is one of the most important stuff your body needs.

Im not gonna link shit but do this experiment, 1 week of a high salt diet. After one week judge how you feel, your mood, your memory,focus capability etc. youll know right then and there for sure that salt is mogger

Salt is actually very important nutrient and it’s better to have more than less in your diet

I always had brain fog, anxiety on lsd I took some salt and electrolyte this time and no headache after, good sleep , no brain fog or anxiety, just slight discomfort. One of the best trips I had, if your taking lsd take salt and lots of sugar to help with the glycation load.
 
Whoever doesen’t consume salt because he is afraid of the bloat, is mentally retarded.

yep pregnolenone and low serotonin mogger for hair. Indians consume lots of coconut oil maybe this is one of the reasons why Indians dont bald until like 50

Don’t go overboard with it. High salt diet is just as bad as low salt.

If you have too much in your body your body will use water to flush it in your urine out so you get dehydrated

Your body has to maintain a certain level of salt (sodium) and other minerals to function.
You lose salt when you sweat and in your tears, and you naturally get rid of some in your urine so you have to replenish it.

I just add a pinch or two in my water bottle before leaving for the gym and drink throughout the session.

why is serotonin bad
serotonin is released to blunt the effects of excess glucorticoids and thus cortisol in the system. It is released in excess in animals twhen they hibernate and thus also play a role in storing fat. Low levels of serotonin as ideal, as they help in avoiding mania but most of us have excess in our system which is linked with sloth, tiredness and low motivation and enjoyment/anhodenia.

He probably doesn’t know how much salt curry diets already have so you might have to take that into account as well.

those who eat lots of junk food dont need to worry about salt but looksmaxers usually plan their diets well and cook their own food and ive seen that they have this aversion towards salt. They get everything else good protein, dairy and supplement well but salt is somewhat taboo for them that's y i posted here. For eg I eat brown rice some vegetable some beans on the side ghee dal and only added a pinch of salt. In the evening I ate chappathi with some side dish which also contained only a pinch of salt and then protein rich dosa with butter so although I was eating well I was not getting enough salt ( Id say around 1 g of salt)
