I'm curious what you guys are doing to increase your bone density or if you have any insight into this. I just recently watched a talk on the Bulletproof podcast about this subject and I'll be looking more into it and coming up with a bonemaxxing routine.

Is there really a way to change your frame? I think the most you could do to it is target that one muscle group to make your bideltoid a little wider.
Frame does make an impact, but most people have decent frame. You see more people having success at the gm then people getting wierd ass bodies from it because their frame is shit.
Only "bonemsxxing" anyone is doing here is heightmaxxing or mewing (which is cope if your maxila is normal lol)

Only way to increase bones that we now know of is. Vitamin k2. Hgh. Testosterone. Boron. Exercise. Increasing frame= swim calcium+magnesium+vit c combined and vitamin d everything else is cope

Nigard where did you get the idea that swimming makes your frame bigger? Because swimmers have bigger frames? Seems pretty cope to me.
