No. Disability is social protection. Disabled people are treated better than incels because their disabilities are recognized. It’s politically incorrect to discriminate against or bully disabled people for their disabilities.

Not only are disabled people shat on less, but people also talk to them more respectfully (especially if the disabilities are from something like fighting in war) and are eager to help them out. I bet, if I go out and roll around in a wheelchair, people would be friendlier to me.
