People who haven't seen results from mk are brainlets who used it for a month or two I read you're supposed to use for long like 6-9 months a year ideally. I'm thinking about adding another 6 months onto my current 3 month plan. I just turned 15 and seems like a good idea to keep igf1 levels raised at all times for nearly a year straight at this age
