Ironically enough, you need to stop seeing women as other human beings, but as objects/holes/lesser beings that exist for your pleasure. You think Chad respects women? Of course there are differences between your typical Chad and this forum's userbase, but the philosophy still applies. Once you begin to rewire yourself to see the opposite sex as instruments for your pleasure, you will be able to eliminate your anxiety towards social interaction and fear of rejection as well as helping you to get over your oneitis. She is just a piece of meat and should be treated as such. Recite this mantra whenever you see a foid (spare your family of course). Embracing this philosophy has reduced my social inhibition and helped me in numerous other ways. Say "cope" all you want but this simple switch helps.
