You could use retouch to see what you would look like with better skin, and slightly cheek bite to see if you could get hallows by getting leaner, the rest you can morph to see what available surgeries would benefit you in the late game, frauding should be a tool and should be less frowned upon

My biggest flaws are my nose and lips, surgery, same with eyebrow setness, infra recession, and downward growth

Lip reduction is a way very easy and commonly done surgery. Since most girls get it done to reduce their lip fillers. So you can get this surgery. From $600 in India or $1500 in Turkey or $4000 in UK/US

The nose and lips is a common failo for most blacks. I've gotten lip reduction done. Planning my nose surgery in Feb/March. Not quite sure who I will go with, but got $7000 saved for it.
