Yea, took fin sides were too much to bear, tried to push through but they didn't subsidize.

I'm over the fact that my body can handle any DHT alterations. So I'm gonna indulge into growth stimulants.

Minox, Stemox, The Ordinary hair serum, Mielle hair oil & Dermastamp / Biotin.

It's costly tbh but what else can I do.

I triggered Telogen effluvium due to chronic stress in my forehead, constricting blood flow.

Many grey hairs showed up on both sides, dominantly on the left side where the most tingling sensations occured. I thought I had trigeminal or occipital neuralgia.

But poor blood flow to scalp can mimic the same peripheral neuroligia symptoms.

What do you think about my routine?

If you already accepted that DHT Blocking is not for you and you still want to keep hair. Minox is a Must. Stamp&Biotin too.
Stemox seems like a cope tbh but keep it up, you can tell us your anecdote if it worked .

I dont know know how your Hair looks PM if you want, But your routine (with Minox doing the heavy lifting) seems alright.
But everyones case is different.
