There are way too many people, especially teens, trying to speedrun the looksmaxxing process. If you're 14, you’re not going to become a PSL god overnight. You need to grow up first, literally. And for the rest of you who didn’t spawn in as a genetic chad? You throw everything into miracle stacks, retarded supra-intracorneal dick pulling or whatever the hell to "ascend" your face and expect to improve in 6 weeks.

Then when nothing happens, you go full blackpill off a minor inconvenience. I’m not even saying the blackpill is bad, it’s a spectrum. But too many people hit the extreme end and treat it as an excuse to give up. You don't get to post “It’s over, bro” when you've been lifting for 2 months and skipping sleep, or not following any foundational protocol for that matter.

Looking better isn’t a linear journey. A lot of the time, you’ll look worse before you look better. Tretinoin? Your skin flakes and purges. Bulking? You gain fat, lose facial aesthetics, no abs in sight. And if you think you’re going to lean out in 3 months without building a base first, you're coping hard. You want a good face? You might need years of lifting, skincare, healthmaxxing and still need procedures like buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, or jaw enhancement. You want a physique? Eat, train, and sleep properly for a couple of years. Maybe hop on gear later, but not before you’ve put in serious natural work. There is no 2-week solution. Unless you’re spending five figures and sacrificing your health, the real improvements take time and suffering.

Let’s be real: most people already know the basics. But they don’t want to do them. They waste time on fast solutions, switch routines every week, and spend hours on forums asking the same questions instead of doing the actual work.

I wasted years looking for shortcuts. Googling “how to lose fat fast” instead of going into a simple deficit. Spending money on “miracle” skincare instead of following a basic protocol. Debating SARMs or steroids while skipping sleep and eating garbage. It wasn’t until I committed to the basics, training, eating, consistency, that anything really started changing.

Even now, I catch myself slipping. I’ve made progress, I’m in around a high-tier normie. But I know damn well I could reach chadlite with a few surgical procedures, stricter training, and better discipline. Yet here I am wasting time online instead of executing.

You want fast results? Sure, there are things that work fast. Surgery. Steroids. Etc. But:
  1. They cost real money. (Which you will need to work for, that's a long-term sacrifice too. Not wasting your money on bullshit that at best adds 0.05 points to your looks, and investing it into a business or saving it to eventually get meaningful procedures done later)
  2. They’re not magic without the basics.
(And also less extreme things like just getting a haircut or de-bloating, but you know what I'm talking about here)
Stop Crying. Stop Searching. Start Working. I’m saying this to myself just as much as anyone reading this. I’ve slipped back into mentally masturbating instead of building. Wasting time when I could be making money, training harder, or improving the things that actually matter.

Stop talking about some "It's over" bull shit. It's not over, it never even started (and if it did, you just didn't do it for long enough). You know exactly what you need to do. You’ve known for months. Are you finally going to shut the fuck up and do it? It's never over until you're 25. :incel:

Minimum height?

Minimum height?
5'8"-5'9" as an average is fine, the taller the better, but 5'8" is not absolutely cooked if you got a face card and can maximize absolutely every other aspect of yourself. Anything under 5'8" starts to sadly be considered unattractive to most women, but they would at least consider a 5'8" guy (probably not on dating apps though)

Key takeaway?
Stop trying to rush your ascension or whining about being ugly, for most people, that's simply part of the process, and a necessary one for many reasons. Stop searching for "quick ways to ascend" or mentally masturbating on new threads, guides, or comments hoping for some crazy wisdom to finally turn you into a PSL God. You already know what you need to do, you're just not giving it the time and patience it demands, because you're too busy wasting your effort chasing shortcuts.

I have yet to see a subhuman get to be "relatively attractive" in the span of a week, yet that's what most people seem to be going for here.

This is true. Men are only fully matured around age 30, if you're a teen it literally hasn't even begun.

Dude I can't work. Im on SSI and I'm getting free shelter. If I work for a long period of time I will lose my benefits. Probably not until I move to a new area and they take 30 percent of my income for rent.
