You have to love yourself to make the sacrifices necessary for improvement, your not doing it to get someone else, you are doing it for yourself to feel the love of someone else. Be thankful that you are still here, on this website, doing what is necessary or having a laugh or doing whatever. Be thankful to your face, and your body, however imperfect it may be. And know that you will improve. Its a lonely world out there, so give yourself the luxury of loving yourself and let that feeling, push you forward.

I understand that, I’m not saying you can get girls while not being looksmaxxed, or that looks don’t matter. But love yourself in the sense that you have the will to still be here and improve, despite the pain, love yourself, and know that by doing so you will get better
