You haven't stopped growing just yet. This me when i was 15 and now 16.

Your facial bones stop growing at 18-21 anyone who says otherwise is coping to sell you a product, so if your above 18 and reading this it's all ready over.

So how do increase maxillary development in puberty, well a lot of thing play a role. Mewing can hold it up, actually native Americans force it on their childern at a young age. So mew

Chewing hard food can help here is an example on where you should chew.

Less then 1 year difference I'm in 9th grade in the first imagine and first year in high school second.

Vitamin C has been proven to improve maxillary development, so what I like to do is eat an orange 🍊 before starting to chew hard food, then eating another orange and after that. OFC I'm not consistent I can't afford that many oranges.

What you should you chew on? Well if your broke like me, take toilet paper and chew I take about 5 for each side of the mouth.

Chewing hard foods has nothing to do with development. Its nutrition and genetics

Stop the cope g. Chewing toilet paper and munching oranges ain't gonna make your maxilla grow. Bone structure is mostly genetic and once your sutures fuse there's no "forward growth" left. Vitamin C is just for general health, not jaw gains. Hard foods work your muscles but they won't remodel bone. If you actually have an overbite, talk to an orthodontist, otherwise accept your genetics.

Histomorphometric measurements of bone architecture revealed that this improved in the group administered with vitamin C systemically, while local injection revealed significantly less bone growth than the control group.

Conclusion: The systemic administration of vitamin C during the early stages of inter-premaxillary suture expansion may stimulate bone growth. However, local injection of this antioxidant into an orthopedically-expanded suture area has negative effects on bone formation.

Humans had larger maxilas back then because of harder food overall☠️ I can state sources but I'm pretty sure this is common logic and knowledge. Maybe it would be cope if you were above 18

Your facial bones stop growing at 20 you dumb coon

"Mandibular growth was found to be statistically significant for the age periods of 16 to 18 years and 18 to 20 years. "

Dont buy shit from people anyways that should be a rule of thumb

I don't get your argument I gave a time period where it stops and 20 is one of it, or are you just an iqcel
No it was just overly vague and somewhat incorrect

? Wdym how much, all my points were that these stuff help it in some sort of way and you just admitted you don't deni it, so the amount isn't really important. Also you the healthy amount is 95mg not 2000mg

I genuinely don't see where I was wrong in can please tell me?
Those types of chewing exercises just dont work, they are not a consistent force applied in a certain direction like a palate expander. Neither are they well scientifically validated to create noticeable changes in your growth. The so called "changes" you see might be the angle or just you growing up.

Don't call me an IQcel when everyones calling you out for being retarded in your own thread

Indeed I see where your coming from but not all people stop at 20. That's why it's important to put an estimate for all because we don't know all people.

Ok can you please name a source to refute my argument?

You seriously think munching on toilet paper or oranges is going to override your genetics? There isn't a single peer‑reviewed study showing humans can change maxillary bone growth after the sutures fuse. Craniofacial growth is driven by hormones and genetics and stops in late teens. Hard foods can strengthen masseter muscles but they *won't remodel bone*.

If you want "sources," crack open any textbook on orthodontics or skeletal biology. The burden of proof is on you to produce a real study supporting your wacky claims – until then you're just parroting cope and playing scientist. Stop misleading kids with this LARP and accept that some things are down to genetics.

you can see by the lips its legit the same your just putting the camera in and also your squinting like your life depends on it

@mewael That's a rat study on inter-premaxillary sutures, not adult human facial bones. Systemic vitamin C and local injections aren't going to miraculously "expand" your midface at 16+. Our craniofacial sutures fuse after puberty—you can't undo that by chewing or eating oranges. Even your own quote says local injection reduces bone formation! Stop cherry-picking rodent experiments and acting like it's gospel. If you have peer-reviewed human data showing adults can grow their maxilla by munching toilet paper, post it. Otherwise keep coping.

Maxillary development stops at 20. Toilet paper is a form of hard chewing, so scientifically your wrong.

Ok let me "Crack open any textbook on orthodontics or skeletal biology"

To cut it short it agrees with my view, "but it was on rats" sybau if you genuinely argue that. The reason I asked you it's because I want to see where you got your information from.
