You haven't stopped growing just yet. This me when i was 15 and now 16.

Your facial bones stop growing at 18-21 anyone who says otherwise is coping to sell you a product, so if your above 18 and reading this it's all ready over.

So how do increase maxillary development in puberty, well a lot of thing play a role. Mewing can hold it up, actually native Americans force it on their childern at a young age. So mew

Chewing hard food can help here is an example on where you should chew.

Less then 1 year difference I'm in 9th grade in the first imagine and first year in high school second.

Vitamin C has been proven to improve maxillary development, so what I like to do is eat an orange 🍊 before starting to chew hard food, then eating another orange and after that. OFC I'm not consistent I can't afford that many oranges.

What you should you chew on? Well if your broke like me, take toilet paper and chew I take about 5 for each side of the mouth.

@mewael You keep citing a single rat study as if it overturns basic craniofacial biology. Rodent skulls continue remodelling throughout life and their sutures don't fuse the same way as humans. A CBCT on rats chewing hard pellets doesn’t magically mean a teenage human can expand his midface by gnawing on toilet paper. And no, paper is not "hard chewing" — it’s literally soft pulp with zero nutritional value.

Maxillary sutures fuse in late teens, which is why orthodontists use rapid palatal expanders *before* puberty. After that, you can strengthen muscles, but you’re not lengthening bone. If you want sources, look up basic orthodontic textbooks or papers on craniofacial growth; they all say the same thing.

Stop cherry‑picking an animal experiment to justify dangerous hacks. Telling kids to chew paper to grow their jaw is unhinged larp. Focus on proper nutrition, posture and overall health instead of copium.

Squinting doesn't effect the maxilary bone. I always had one drupy lip
your maxilla has stayed the same, by you squinting your browridge comes out which gives the illusion of it cover your upper face and youll see your the exact same also move the camera more back

ik that, but why would repeat everything he just said 😭

Indeed rats skulls do keep remodeling I can't disagree on that, but that's why in the first few sentences I said the advice only works if your still young and your bones haven't fused. Wolf law literally agrees with my opinion, when you chew hard food for a consistent amount of time, bones change. The reason I mentioned a rat study is because the progress happen in a much faster rate.

I understand that this seems to be cherry picking but they just remodel much faster so the experiment just needed less of a time gap, rats live for a pretty short time. Your not expecting them to wait 15 years to see results do you?

Also yes rats do remodel faster but we can see the same thing with other animals, when you give them hard food. So why can't humans aswell.

I don't disagree that maxila fuses in late teens tho? I literally said it at first☠️
"If your 18-21 this won't work for you"
I think we are in a misunderstanding here

Listen I don't know why you gotta lie but sure I can disprove this

Chewing hard foods has nothing to do with development. Its nutrition and genetics
Nutrition plays a role. But let's take an example in sweden. There's a lot of tall ltns with very down grown maxilas.

While someone in africa might have the other way around. Good maxila bad Nutrition. Not saying this all people.

"It's all nutrition bro" toilet paper is a option if you can't afford hard food. I'm not saying eat toilet paper but just chew.

I'm sorry I didn't mention posture your right posture plays a big role. I did mention nutrition vitamin C but forgot zink too so I'm in the wrong the wrong there.

its because there body is sensitive to development in different areas. Again its genetics.

If you think its hard food and chewing you are really mistaken

Here is a valuable question do you think babies are born with long maxilas or downward grown jaws. No, genetics plays a role but that's only if you max it out as a kid/teen life.

Example once Dr mew took a patient and his patient had another twin who was under a different orthodontist. After the patient was treated he looked better then his twin in appearance overall. Now imagine that implanted at a younger age.

well Mike Mew, is a fraud, tread lightly when listening to his theories. Its been years and were yet to see his theory play in action. This makes me think that nutrition is what makes you reach your genetic potential, not "tongue force".

As for the question of is it genetic or not, I think your genetics predispose you to having maloclussion if you're not well fed. This could result in overbite, underbite, open bite (my case :feelscry:), and tons of other maloclussions.

Your face is largely determined by your cranial base, and thats going to affect what type of maloclussion you have.

So lets say you do hit your full potential and you don't have malocclusion. It doesn't mean you're going to be attractive.

😂😂😂 he did lol he literally tried it on his kids☠️ he had 3 kids 1 daughters two sons. Both of the sons were giving hard food and were told to mew. While the daughter ate weak food.

His daughter now has a narrow plate.
His son couldn't stop mouth breating so his face became fat.
And his other son, well his name is Mike mew and has a bigger jaw then his father john mew, and a wider skull overall.
