Yeah I done detox's since 2022, first time I did it after 3 days I had the most INSANE panic attack cause I guess my brain wasn't used to not getting that constant dopamine drip every night.

Also after the 3 day mark I'd just all of a sudden just feel really fucking empty inside. like as if all my drive and motivation disappeared and if I couldn't look at women's naked bodies then what point is there in life?

But as that went away I started feeling joy and pleasure in simple things like listening to music, getting up in the morning and drinking my Coffee, going to my job socializing etc.

It's crazy how much power women's sexuality has on the male brain and how porn can fuck you up. You honestly can't tell me that shit wasn't pushed to become as prevalent as it is for no reason.
