mid tier powers are completely useless. If you are not a planet buster or have hax like mind control and infinite IQ, you are gonna be a meat shield at best. Abilities like enhanced reflxes, enchanced speed, enchanced strength dont mean shit in a universe with reality warpers, best they can do is help you win in sports or smth. Enhanced just means above peak human level which would be pretty OP, if the world didnt have people who can do that and more. Look at Batman for example, he got no powers but he has ideas that noone else has so he is always useful if not necessary. But a guy like wolverine is trash when you got someone like Superman. Even Spiderman is trash in that regard, he cannot contribute anything when dealing with universe threatening enemies.
Look at Doctor Destiny, he had no super strenght or speed but he had some dream control hax and incapacitated justice League. A mid tier fighter like Clayface wouldnt do shit to the legue for example, even batman one shotted him with some electricity. You either need to be super OP or have some extremely niche hax that noone else has otherwise you are useless in the grand scheme of things.
