Everybody here always talks about frame like it’s something that can’t be changed.

”no point in lifting if you have a small frame”

“he only looks good because he has a big frame”

your muscles in your shoulders can grow just like any other muscle. It’s no different than making your arms or chest bigger

this thread is like people who think chewing and exercising the masseters past a certain age will increase the size of your jaw

lol the skeleton can continue to change in response to the change in musculature

There’s so many pics of people increasing their overall frame once they started lifting

saying it’s all bones is like saying your arms is all bones

past a certain age you wont see significant jaw growth. youll just probably get weird, enlarged, out of shape, probably asymmetric masseters and possibly TMJ. trust me, ive tried

Not the skeleton. But the muscles will change and grow just like any other muscles

tbf he has kinda got a point, but i dont think most think of that as frame, and theres obviously a ceiling (unless you just have freakish shoulder muscles, which isnt aesthetic at all)

Out of curiosity, what exactly did you try?

Of course there is a ceiling. But people here are acting like it’s height, set in stone and can’t be changed. I’m saying it’s more like the size of your biceps and quads, it can be changed

low iq and cuck pheno its beyond over
your frame is fucking bone dog

most people are thinking of the bones, which cant be changed. yes the appearance of the frame can be accentuated with muscle to some extent, but then again the appearance of height can be accentuated eg with lifts, hair whatever

Skeleton can change till about 25-30, that's when peak bone mass is achieved. Most people here will still see significant response to working out and gaining weight on their frame.

This whole framepill business really only applies when someone is like 8 inches or more taller than someone else; that's when the diff in skeletons becomes very apparent. For someone of average height, they would only be framemogged by a dude who is 6'7" barefoot, which is already approaching freak height.

And that's why i train back and shoulders twice a week.

You will likely see some small jaw growth if you jew for like 20 years but i doubt you can get significant result after like 21-25, and even then results will be very miniscule. I assume you will get most results if you chew during puberty, when jaw is constantly remodelling and growing.

You can add mass making you appear wider
Yes, especially the lats, they are what give you the V taper. To grow lats, you need to get really strong at weighted chin ups and barbell rows.

And lat pull downs

And lat pull downs
No, because lat pull downs are a machine exercise and since the stack pulls you forward, it's very difficult to keep improving past a certain point, unlike when doing chin ups. If you're too weak to do chin ups, then get strong at barbell rows, then you'll be able to do weighted chin ups.

What about dumbbell rows?

I have a 17” biacromial but i still look narrow as shit. Anyone think it’s possible to gain 0.25” on each side in mid 20s using these methods? Trying to stay reasonably unreasonable

Bone > Muscle
You'll never have this adonis look no matter how much you roid up

Why are people here so fucking stupid? It gets annoying.

If you want to know what impact one variable has you must isolate the other variables. Take a guy with a small frame, have him lift weights and bulk up, his frame will increase noticeably. He won’t become a Greek god Adonis but it will have a noticeable impact on his appearance and how he is treated.

Showing an anecdotal picture of one guy in the 99th percentile of genetics to try to show your frame can’t be significantly improved is the dumbest argument

No. Every body builder stays the exact same size no matter how much they lift or eat.

Was that a serious question you just asked? Yes you can get .25 on each side

i meant in just bone. I know i can build a good amount more muscle cuz im still far from my potential

Ofcourse everyone can increase muscles(frame as you say) but it all comes down to aesthetics , in which case as i said above : Bone > Muscle

This bluepilled view is what sets the gymcels for failure
A guy with a child's frame should not expect gym to be some miracle transforming him into some chad
He would be able to increase his frame but if he goes beyond a certain limit to "significantly improve his frame" he would become a ridiculous overcompensating bloattard , the typical gymcel look

Chewing for jaw gains is kinda useless. Just get surgery. But clavicles grow till late 20s so most people cam optimise it will gh and exercises
