Yes, but a type of Dutch that is a little bit different.
But we can understand each other.
I know 1 couple from South Africa, that both were born there. Like 2nd or 3rd generation.
But their parents always made from birth on the effort, to have their children also have the Dutch nationality.
That came in handy for them, because they now migrated to Netherlands easily. Because South Africa was becoming to unsave for them as whites youngsters, wanting to start a family. They got shot at from a distance a time even.
