For most surgeries recovery time is at most a bit more than a week. Yes rhino is risky won’t deny.
And once its done its done. But you seem to not be as much into your looks than people here usuallt. Because they would gladly gamble everything for a little chance of ascension.

Not true... Locationcel is also broad you can argue 95% of White dudes are locationcels if they moved to Asia they would get a gf.

Generally speaking mid sized cities of like 100-500k are best imo. Big cities are just well.. too big and full of too many ‘big fish’. Smaller towns just lack an abundance of attractive young women to begin with
