Because in my book, it would be very based to just be completly honest with it when someone would ask about it. Depending on how the person would look like, I would give him even specific details about where I got it done and recommend it to him aswell, as some sort of smalltalk.

But I get the fact that hiding and having secrets is something very important, it just depends what exactly is worth for you to share with the world or not.
