It's more like, when you are tall, buff, good looking, etc. you can act however you want, you can be rude, arrogant, and easily get away with it, people won't dare to challenge you, or you can be polite, mannered and people will respect you even more, but if you're skinny/short/ugly/etc. and try to act like a tough guy, then that's definitely not gonna work!
