Confidence is key
Nearly everyone here says muh muh confidence doesn't matter if your Chad. While that may be true to an extent confidence is still like another 35% of what you would get if you were content with yourself. We all know that women like men with a ego who are perceived larger than other men. You can maximize your size purely by being confident. When you always shrink yourself people naturally give you less respect especially if you cant even respect yourself. Confidence is a skill and not a personality trait. Chad may build confidence much easier than you because he's always going to get validated by others but people aren't born with confidence. It's one of those things that you need in your life whether it comes hard or it comes easy.
Building confidence
The first thing i did to try to build confidence is being content with what i see in the mirror. If your a human you most likely have those few moments where your confidence spikes and you feel great about yourself and even if you don't this will still help you out. I want you to start recording videos of yourself on a social media platform with some music you like and throw it in a draft. Don't delete it even when you feel like your ugly asf. You should make about 1 video a day and by 30 or so days you should be more confident than you started originally. Force yourself to perceive yourself your not gonna be anyone else in this life so its better that you try and feel good. What i mean is anytime you go near a mirror purposely look and stare.
I want you to pretend like your narcissus and your the greatest thing to ever touch the planet.
What confidence truly is
Confidence is the thing in your mind that tells you no matter what negative feedback you get. Anything bad anyone tells you goes in one ear and out the other. Someone else truly can never change the opinion of yourself if your confident and if they can your just egotistical
