If you can afford HGH, you can afford to get filtering equipment, and you need to be doing it if your GH is not pharmaceutical, here's why
Amyloids form in GH in the presence of zinc:
doi.org
Trace zinc contaminants are very common with Chinese vials as they don't cause instant issues & won't show up as impurities IIRC
There is not enough significant evidence that it shows that it crosses healthy BBBs but,
The biggest issue isn't the amyloids itself, but rather the chance that it can act as a seed, causing a cascade of misfolding and causing things like Alzheimer's disease
In this case old HGH had prions & amyloids and they were associated with amyloid deposits in the brain, though this was not an experiment
https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-018-0790-y
This is all not mentioning the fact that amyloids can and will directly cause deposits in other organs, an incurable disease that can only be alleviated through expensive experimental treatments
This is not all based in hypothesis either, pharmaceutical standards for HGH require strict testing for these aggregates, so obviously it must be risky for them to go through all that trouble
So don't be a retard and forego common sense just to save 30$ on your next kit, (bonus points if the fibers are visible,) spend that little extra money and sleep peacefully knowing you won't be in a coma in a few years (probably)

Amyloid-β ‘seeds’ in old vials of growth hormone
A therapy used until 1985 causes amyloid-β accumulation in mice brains.
