Let's take the narcy animal @AspiringChanglite for example. Despite being a god tier poster, he presented himself too perfectly and just spammed the same narcy shit with no arc which just got old and came off as uncanny, uninteresting and fake and as a result nobody is gonna remember him the next month
Same can be said for crisick etc

You need flaws and vulnerabilities to make you relatable and authentic and leave room for character development/ascension.
