You should be on a low-dose Accutane protocol after your initial course as well to maintain the results and for the anti-aging benefits. The goal shifts from nuking active acne to forcing permanent collagen synthesis and skin cell turnover.

There’s so many supposed side effects of accutane no one really fucking knows. Imo 99% of them are fucking made up. Especially shit like depression which in reality comes from niggas seeing their acne scarred faces after finishing accutane.

Everyone who is finished growing (u went to the doctor for a general checkup and ur height hasn’t changed even a quarter inch from last year) needs to fucking take accutane whether they have acne or not. Finish a full course and never even think about acne ever. If u have no acne then u can legit just low dose 10-20mg no problem. If u do have acne even just a little then do a regular course at like 40-80mg/day to make sure it gets solved ASAP.
