If you feel bad then you'll make worse decisions and operate at a lower capacity. It's therefore very key to always be on high-alert for emotional and physiological cues; so as to act in advance and prevent or minimise any potential pitfalls. Say you feel bad... Maybe it's as simple as you've just not drunk enough water.
