+ also it takes a lot of time, i walk 5-6 hours in weekends so i dont stay in house and stuff food in me and gain fat.

When i worked a physical job loading crates i was easily getting 10k+ steps in a 12 hour shift i felt like a zombie at that time

i do running for 2 minutes 2 times a week, i do this to time myself on how long it takes to run this circle. ive gotten faster each time

endurance is shit HIIT is good for brief periods

now lets say you did the same work for a personal project you were doing and you got to take breaks inbetween and eat and you were in nature instead of a fluorescent light workspace with 5g and a kike boss standing over your shoulders you would surely feel better.
