The difference between a guy with a wide jaw at overweight or normie body fat % and lean body fat % is insane. You can literally go up 5-6 points and living the life of your dreams just having a bit of self discipline.

number 1 looksmaxxing advice: LEAN BODY (but with a lil bit muscles too)

but even without the muscles, you will have a 3D DEPTH face and thats really important and attractive

girls: roundish face = feminine
men: 3d face with depth = masculine
when you are obese or even overweight/chubby then you will have a round face and thats feminine

I’d say my jaws pretty wide and it’s more rounded looking along with my face shape because I store a lot of my bf under my zygo arch’s cucking my arch’s and bloating my ramus and gonians, I’m like 25% bf but I still have a visable ramus though mine look more shaped like Brady’s before

I didn't say 15% bf is ideal, 10-12% is still ideal face wise but when you count for what can be realistically maintained year round and having a fuller look body wise 15% is better.

I don’t agree at all most face from fat shouod be gone by 15% if you don’t have ideal bones for 15% then your fucked either way

If you look good at 15% you'll look even better at 10%
if you don't look good at 15% you won't look much better at 10%

Most male models are at 10-12% bf

Dropping from 15 to 10% is still major
but both are still qualified as "lean" for most people

No he was bloated because he had to put extra weight on for football he is 20+ Good bones make him look leaner

When I have some time I may have to make a thread to set some shit straight. There are noticeable face gains to be made from 15% to 10% for most people. If you're looksmaxing, you're doing it wrong if you stop at 15%.
