So you end up advancing the bone 5mm, which results in only 3mm advancement of the soft tissue, then over the next year it relapses 1mm and you’re left with such a subtle change. Bimax is a great base when needed, but usually needs to be combined with genio and implants/fillers to really ascend someone’s jaw.
