Some supplements and medications, such as vitamin D and aromasin( or any sorts of ai actually ), may experience a phenomenon known as accommodation over time. This refers to a gradual decrease in their effectiveness with prolonged use. Several factors can contribute to this, including physiological changes in the body, the development of tolerance, and potential interactions with other substances. For example, in the case of vitamin D, the body may become less responsive to its effects due to alterations in nutrient metabolism or absorption. Similarly, aromasin, used to delay growth in certain conditions, may lose its efficacy as cells adapt to its mechanisms. To mitigate accommodation, various strategies can be employed:

๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป : Alternating different supplements prevents the body from becoming accustomed to a single product. For exemple : day 1/morning take vitamin D, day 2/night take vitamin D and repeat.

๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด : Closely monitoring signs of tolerance or decreased effectiveness is crucial for timely intervention. If you use hight risk product you probably already do bloodworks, if you see any sign of efficasity loss= its in many case accomodation.

๐——๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ท๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ : Adjusting dosages or treatment regimens as needed can help maintain efficacy. For exemple for aiโ€™s its most of the time a good idea to increase dosages over time ( for exemple, aromasin at first 12,5mgโ–ถ๏ธ25mg )

๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜๐—ต๐˜† ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜๐˜†๐—น๐—ฒ : Maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise supports optimal nutrient absorption and utilization, potentially reducing the risk of accommodation over time.

If you dont know if the product you use may lose efficacity over time, ask chat gpt.

Havent found any reliable studies abt this ๐Ÿค” it may be talked abt but not as the main subject of any studies. For this thread i asked chat gpt ( i know how to use it so it make no mistake and i asked him in many different form so my question doesnt influence his answer ) and this thread is what he " tought" me. Advice to evitate accomodation take 0 time so i will do it. Cost nothing

Actually i found studies abt this. Just forgot it. Here they are :

I kept these studies because they probably talk abt it at least a little/ kept my attention because it seem to induce an accomodation. But i may be wrong its not easy to find thing abt this on google. This is the best i found for vitamin D. Actually there no website talking abt this as true or false exept some minor shit so it will be difficult to prove my point. I will seek proof of accomodation for vitamins/complements as a all. May find more ๐Ÿค” will update in consequence. @yue @thereallegend

if you want to heightmaxx stick to what is proven, a high quality hgh source and some low dose ai. rest is cope/incel theories.

Extract from the study โ€œVitamin D resistance: a new paradigm in the treatment of chronic diseasesโ€ (2016) - Bikle DD et al.:

"Several studies have documented the emergence of resistance to vitamin D after prolonged supplementation, particularly with high doses, usually more than 2000iu. This resistance may manifest as a decreased biological response to vitamin D, even in the presence adequate serum concentrations"
